What data we process and why

You don't have to give us any data to browse this website. We only process what you give us and, if you accept them, what Google Analytics' cookies collect:

• The contact form: your name, email, phone and message, to reply to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (articles 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
• Google's analytics, only if you accept their cookies in the website's banner: Google Analytics measures visits (the pages you view, for how long, where you came from, your type of device and browser and your approximate location). The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw from the cookie policy.
• The Google map, only if you press «Show the map» in the footer: when it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its cookies. The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR).

How long we keep it

• Form messages: for as long as needed to deal with them and, if they do not lead to a booking, up to one year after our last contact.
• If you book, the details of your stay: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (tax and traveller registration).
• Google Analytics data: for the period set in its account, 14 months at most.
• Afterwards, for the periods during which liabilities may arise, blocked and available only to courts and public authorities.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your data on to third parties, except where required by law. For this website to work, these processors handle it on our behalf, under the contracts required by article 28 GDPR:

• Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, which hosts the website and delivers the form messages to us (Amazon SES), on servers in the European Union.
• network88, which maintains the website and receives a copy of the form messages for its technical support.
• The provider of our email service, where we receive your messages.
• Google Ireland Limited, which provides Google Analytics, only if you accept their cookies (its privacy policy).

If you book on Cloudbeds

The date search in the header takes you to the Cloudbeds booking engine, another website, with the dates you chose. What you enter there is processed by Cloudbeds under its own terms, and we receive the booking to manage your stay.

Google's reviews

The home page shows some of Lemon Suites' public reviews on Google, as Google publishes them. Their authors' profile photos are served by Google, which receives your IP address when they load.

International transfers

Amazon, Google and Cloudbeds belong to groups based in the United States that adhere to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area relies on that framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@lemonsuites.es. We will ask you to prove your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

The form and bookings are for adults. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14, other than what the person booking gives us for their stay.
