    Two bedrooms with 150 and 135 beds, one of which equipped with access to a second terrace. Living room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, and extractor hood) and a bathroom with a crazy design and modern shower tray, optimizing space and facilitating daily use.

    It is located on the second floor of our three-story building, accessible via a wide staircase (no elevator).
